Summergrove is the perfect choice for your conferencing needs.

We offer 18 modern and fully equipped suites. The Lowther suite can hold up to 200 conference guests, satisfying the largest conference parties. Summergrove can also cater for smaller conference groups. We have a number of rooms that can hold between 10 and 30 conference guests in a boardroom setting and can also offer executive suites for management meetings.

All of Summergrove’s conference suites are equipped with the necessary meeting room materials. Desks, chairs, projectors and white boards are supplied for your use. We can also arrange the room to your liking, whether it is u–shaped, boardroom, cabaret or theatre. Conference rooms can be hired from as little as £48.50 per day.

We know that conference days are very busy, so Summergrove offers a ‘working lunch’ service so that you can continue to work uninterrupted through lunch. Conference guests can order from hot and cold menus and our dedicated kitchen staff will be happy to prepare and deliver your lunch order to your meeting room.
