Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, all your dining needs are taken care of. All three meals of the day can be taken in the spacious and airy Ennerdale Restaurant, while guests can also take advantage of the excellent dining facilities in the Jefferson Lounge from Monday Thursday inclusive.
A choice of a full English breakfast or cereals and toast is available in the restaurant for the first meal of the day. Lunch is served between 12pm and 1pm, offering traditional fair in 2 or 3 courses. The dinner service is a real treat, offering diners a wonderful spread and personal service from the house chef in a delightful carvery setting.
For Summergrove’s conference guests the choices of hot or cold, seated or working lunches are available. Guests can opt to either break from their conference to dine in the restaurant or have a ‘working lunch’ in their conference suite. For the latter, Summergrove’s chefs will prepare either a hot or cold alternative that will be delivered to you in your suite, allowing you to seamlessly continue your work.
Summergrove can also happily cater your major functions and weddings. Our extensive kitchens and highly trained chefs can cater for any occasion and the largest of parties. As one of Cumbria’s most popular wedding hosts, we have considerable experience in both hosting and catering weddings and we would be delighted to offer our facilities for your wedding party.
Summergrove also has a fully licensed bar, offering bottle and draught beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Summergrove also has a comprehensive wine list for guests to enjoy with their meal or in the bar setting.
